Smart hotel with very good conference and event facilities. Convenient to Motorway network. Impressed!
Loverly Hotel.Spent two nights there one for a Christmas party and the other to get over it.Staff are great. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.I would recommend.Would have got 5 stars but drinks are very expensive.Overall very nice
We spent new years eve here...the evening was fabulous. Great food service and entertainment. The room was great as always. The staff go that extra mile here to make your stay enjoyable. Although a regular visitor to this hotel ...it was our first new years eve and we weren't disappointed. We will be booking for next year.
The hotel is situated on the edge of a large business park and one way system. Can be difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area. Once there the hotel is a large stone building with a modern interior surrounded by gardens. There are function rooms and a large baronial hall for weddings. Breakfast is a small buffet serving English and continental cuisine.
We had our wedding here yesterday and what an experience. A massive Thank You to all the staff who were attentive, approachable and friendly. Nothing was too much for you and you all were so professional. The hotel was spotless and the food outstanding. We cannot recommend you enough and will be back for our anniversary.The wedding planner Gill helped us through the past 18 months and every email or phone call was dealt with quickly and efficiently. You put our minds at rest and went the extra mile.Best Western you should be proud of this hotel, it and your staff are little gems and should be acknowledged. Thank you
