Left my van for repairs over the weekend, they did a good job at fixing the problem it came in with at a reaonable price, when collecting my van I noticed a large gash in the rear bumper, when I asked the owner about it he denied it, I asked to see the CCTV footage he said that it doesn't work then changed his story to "we only turn it on at night" and proceeded to show me that it was powered off, I don't know why it would be turned of in the day but starred to blame it's an issue for the landlord. Theirs foul play afoot with this garage. I have home CCTV proving the last time it was on my driveway with no damage, time stamped on my way to J W garage. he looked flumexed and still in total denial. The CCTV is Thier to protect his customers veichals along with his own garage this could have instantly resolved the issue, unless they had something else to hide. Needless to say I won't be using again and advise others not too.
Joe and his team have looked after our cars and works vehicles for as long as I can remember. Trust worthy and reliable. Would never go anywhere else.
Very friendly and trustworthy. Always hate a visit to the mechanics as a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars! Wouldnt go anywhere else now
